Side by Side works in partnership with groups and organizations interested in building community. We work with you to strengthen your intercultural relationships and skills, to integrate civic engagement and community involvement into your work, and to develop effective leaders. We do this through facilitation, training and a variety of program services.
“Side by Side” describes our approach. We work together with you toward the goals you hope to achieve, building on your strengths and relationships. We bring ideas and experience, strong training and facilitation skills, a broad knowledge of community resources, and the ability to make valuable linkages.
